Creating True Love

by Manet on June 14, 2009

The feeling of love revitalizes us and helps our relationship to thrive.  But however much love we have with our partner, it is natural to often want more.  We are biologically hardwired to want to feel more love.  You can get more Marriage Guidance here.

However we all seem to act like love is some rare emotion that we have no control over.  That we have to be graced with it from outside.  That it’s not up to us.  That we have no power when it comes to love.

Don’t look at love like some special visitor.  You can create love.  You can add it into your relationship on purpose.  You have some control over the amount of love in your life.

You can create love in your life.  You can cause more of it in your relationship.  You can choose to build love and take actions to make it happen.

Easy to say, but how can you really consciously create love?  There are actually many proven skills to do this.  We’ll focus on one:  Give love away rather than go trying to find it.  You can get more Get help on fixing relationship problems here here.

What does this mean?  It’s not hard.  Take 10 minutes a day and “love up” your partner.  Give them a foot rub.  Ask them to take a walk around the block.  Ask about their day and make them feel really listened to as they talk.

What you do with them doesn’t matter so much as how you do it.  Give your mate your complete kind attention for ten whole minutes.  Make them right.  Surrender to them and serve them for ten whole minutes.  Be loving to them!

Here’s the relationship insight:  if you give love, you find that you can cause it.  That you don’t have to sit around hoping for it.  This simple practice can sometimes begin to change the feel of your whole relationship.  There’s much more to this, but simply giving love for ten minutes a day can change everything.  You can get more True Love Help here.
