Many people carry over emotional problems from previous relationships, or sometimes childhood problems and traumas. The intense feelings from these past experiences can be a real factor in our capability to attract and keep a lasting loving relationship. Do some journal work and answer these questions:
What happened in my past experience and did I make it mean something it did not actually have to?

Notice how this conclusion or judgement you discovered concerning the earliest incident is a way of being that causes you to react to similar situations.

Ultimately it’s what you decide to do with the belief and the judgement that comes alongside it, and the interpretation of what you believe is good or bad about what you’re viewing or thinking. This interpretation changes the thought into an emotion that feels good or feels bad. This feeling is what transfers to the Universe that then attracts the essence of it and the emotional vibration is matched back in your life experience.
When you’ve created more positive energy, begin to create a positive mindset for what is capable in a relationship. Use your imagination to assist you. Use time visualizing yourself with a loving partner. You enjoy taking walks together. You’re holding hands and he laughs at your silly jokes. Your brain is a powerful tool and your thoughts in conjunction with heartfelt emotion change your thoughts into magnets.
