What’s the best way to bury the past with my former marriage? Is marriage relationship coaching what I need?

She really wants to attract a soul mate that will not only last a long time, but one that will also become more intimate with time. Many appreciate that question. They can understand the void they’re holding on to from a past failed relationship. Relationship coaching for your marriage, whether it ended years ago or is a current marriage can help. First, you need to congratulate yourself for actually ATTEMPTING to forgive your ex-spouse. That is big. If you will set your intention to release a little piece each day, within a very small amount of time you’ll see your energy release and dissapear. It’s absolutely necessary to forgive even for those of you who don’t think there’s anything left to forgive. Forgiveness is a process and one that frees YOU the most. Another great practice is to choose some thoughts that you appreciate about your previous love. These things don’t have to be related to the marriage. Perhaps you liked the way he did the home repairs. Or you appreciated what a good circle of budd?ies he has. Maybe you appreciated his grin. It can be whatever you want. The point is to begin to search for things that you liked. You do this for no other reason than to shift your energy about him. You purify your energy.
When you forgive yourself and others you create space. Space to attain more of what’s desired. And for all of us, what’s wanted is to receive more of what you want.
